Our strength is a complete management of a wide range of interior projects: calculations from architectural drawings, design and planning, purchase of materials, production of furniture, interior work, installation, and all this at reasonable costs and on time.
Huuhka Ltd was founded in 1987. At first Huuhka Ltd’s main line of business was installation of fire rated doors on the ships. Today our main lines are Turn Key deliveries and particularly: shopping areas, luxury liners, business centers, hotels and restaurants.
Huuhka Ltd is one of the pioneers among the turnkey suppliers for luxury interiors built for land and sea. Our deliveries include everything from interior bulkheads to finished furnishing. During the past 20 years we have participated in creating a totally new principle of contracting.
Huuhka Ltd has worked intensively for Kvaerner Masa-Aker-STX-Yards in Turku and Helsinki in terms of turn-key deliveries. All our products are tailor-made to the clients’ specifications. Our staff has many years of experience working in Cruise Ship Industry and on-land architectural buildings. We have worked with various architects and in different countries, and therefore are used to different specifications.
We employ 50-90 persons yearly and occasionally a number of subcontractors.
Our annual turnover in 2009 was 11 Million Euro.
